Children’s Story Hour

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until December 29, 2021


Come one, come all to Children’s Story Hour!  The first and fifth Wednesdays of each month at 10 a.m. Polka Dot City, the library’s own professional puppet theater, presents a puppet show.  After the show children will enjoy making a craft to take home with them.  The second, third, and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 10 a.m. volunteer story tellers share stories with the children followed by a craft for toddlers and pre-schoolers.  The Children’s Story Hour runs all year long, even during the summers.  Children will enjoy stories, finger plays, crafts, and poems.  Everyone is welcome, and there is no registration required!

Please note that due to the ongoing coronavirus emergency, fully vaccinated visitors are not required to wear a face mask while inside the building. Hand sanitizer and facilities to wash hands will also be available.
